Name that cocktail! We’ve created a signature Shanghai Art Deco cocktail for the World Congress — and now it needs a name. This is our version of an original DD’s Cafe “Shanghai Cocktail” from 1933, courtesy of Paul French over at China Rhyming.
We’ve tweaked the original recipe — ours has gin, triple sec, and raspberry liqueur, as well as lemon juice and grenadine. Now all it needs is a name that evokes the spirit of Shanghai Art Deco! The winner gets a set of custom Shanghai Art Deco gift cards by the uber-talented Paper Tiger Shanghai, made just for the World Congress. (Plus some cocktails…)
