Historic Shanghai and Shanghai Art Deco conduct monthly “drop-in” tours geared towards introducing Art Deco and Shanghai’s remarkable, multilayered history. Shanghai Deco is everywhere – lining the sun-dappled streets of the French Concession and hidden behind the Bund – and we can tell you all about it. Along the way, hear stories of kidnappings and secret opium stashes, Peking Opera mistresses and the Communist Party from our Tour Master (and Historic Shanghai co-founder) Patrick Cranley. You may even get to wander inside a building or two!
