Since 1991, the World Congress on Art Deco has gathered Art Deco aficionados biannually in the most Art Deco cities on the planet for a week of talks, walks and entertainment. In November 2015, it’s Shanghai’s turn.
Initiated by the Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL), the World Congress aims to provide a forum for the worldwide exchange and promotion of ideas and information about Art Deco.
